This is an informational and enquiry website for passengers and trade partners in Thailand. It is not an online ticketing platform. Flight reservations are requested through Book & Hold: you submit your travel details, and an OMG Experience reservation officer confirms availability, fare and payment instructions with you personally. No card payment is accepted on this site.
Privacy
Who operates this site. OMG Experience acts as the local representative of Bhutan Airlines in Thailand. Contact details published on this site are those verified for the Thailand team.
Information you provide. When you use Book & Hold or the general contact form, you enter details such as name, email, phone number and travel preferences in your browser. This static website has no delivery backend: form submissions are validated locally and, where applicable, open a confirmation page only. No message content is transmitted to or stored by this website.
When you book or enquire by phone or email. If you contact OMG Experience directly or complete a booking through the reservation team, your personal data is handled according to that channel's normal business processes and applicable law. Do not send payment card numbers or passport copies through the general contact form.
Technical data. Like most websites, hosting or network logs may record basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) if you access pages through a web server. We do not use this site to profile visitors for advertising.

Book & Hold. Submitting a Book & Hold request does not confirm a reservation or guarantee seat availability. Hold periods and payment deadlines are communicated by your reservation officer. Payment is made offline (typically bank transfer) only after you agree to the quoted terms.
Fares and offers. Starting prices shown in THB include taxes and surcharges at publication. Group and promotional fares are subject to minimum party size, date and availability conditions stated on the relevant offer page.
Official channel. OMG Experience is the appointed GSA for Bhutan Airlines in Thailand. Bookings arranged through this team are official airline sales, not third-party reselling.
Limitation. To the extent permitted by law, OMG Experience and Bhutan Airlines are not liable for losses arising from reliance on outdated information on this site, temporary unavailability of the website, or travel disruptions beyond our control. Your contract for carriage is governed by the ticket and fare rules confirmed at booking.
